What types of music do you listen to when your happy or sad? Does the type of music you lisen to depend on your mood?
I like listening to sad music when I’m sad and I’m ok with instrumentals when I need to relax or study.

It varries big time with me, you could say I'm the perverbial camelien musicly.

Agreed. I vary depending on mood. Sometimes I want real upbeat stuff, sometimes if I want to calm down, I'll listen to the slower.

When I'm really up I listen to War of the Worlds Eve of the War just fires up the adrenalin...or Holywood Marilyn Manson...when I'm low its usually Sopor Aeternus Ich Tote ..or Mozart's Requiem....

I listen to a fairly wide range of musical genres most of the time--regardless of my mood--but I suppose I lean more towards hard rock when I'm angry. I hardly ever feel 'sad', so it's kind of hard to say what I'd listen to then. J-Pop's always fun though. =D

Hello, I listen to any kind of music regardless of whether I'm sad or not. If I'm studying for example I'll listen to clasical or anything else that's playing on the radio depending on what kind of music it is.

When I feel sad, I sometimes listen to rock ballades. When I want to think or dream a little, it#s more R&B, and ... well, if I am angry or just happy or just in a good mood, I turn up the volume and blast some rap and HipHop.

If I'm angry I usually listen to Metallica, or Pinkfloyd's Welcome To The Machine. If I'm in a good mood I'll listen to Oasis.
